Nanotechnology and its uses

We have started studying not only the surface of nanotechnology but its deeper uses ,why and how it could be used. Nanotechnology is not only about the matter being modified down to its molecular level but how it can be implemented into our modern lives.

Wikipedia defines it as: Nanotechnology refers broadly to a field of applied science and technology whose unifying theme is the control of matter on the molecular level in scales smaller than 1 micrometre, normally 1 to 100 nanometers, and the fabrication of devices within that size range. from:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nanotechnology

Nanotechnology can be used to change the behaviour of particular molecules, making new medicines, this is an exciting area of science and I feel it has yet to show itself to the greater community.
